We do not operate a central warehouse; instead, we partner with Cornish makers who fulfil and ship orders directly from their own studios. This ensures your items are handled with care by the people who made them.
Shipping & Delivery
Because we work with independent producers who operate their own spaces, orders are dispatched directly from the maker to your door. Cornwall Collective remains your primary point of contact for all shipping enquiries.

Fulfilment and Dispatch
Dispatch times vary depending on the maker's production process (e.g., small-batch vs. made-to-order).
- Timelines: Many of our partners typically ship within 5 days.
- Transparency: Estimated dispatch and delivery times are clearly shown at checkout before you complete your purchase.
Multiple Deliveries
If your order includes items from more than one maker, they will arrive in separate packages. This allows each maker to ship safely and efficiently. You will receive separate tracking notifications for each package as they are dispatched.
Shipping Costs
Shipping costs are calculated at checkout based on the specific items in your order and the partner who will fulfil them. These rates reflect the actual cost of independent, small-batch shipping.
UK and International Orders
We primarily ship within the UK. If international delivery is available for a specific item, it will be shown at checkout.
- Customs & Duties: For international orders, any customs duties, import taxes, or local fees are the recipient's responsibility.
Tracking
