About Cornwall Collective

Cornwall Collective is a curated online shop bringing together independent products made in, or genuinely inspired by, Cornwall.

We work with makers, studios, and small brands who create original, high-quality goods with a real connection to the region. Some are long-established craftspeople, others are newer independent businesses — what they share is care for what they make and how they make it.

What We Do

Cornwall Collective is not a marketplace.

We act as the retailer, curator, and customer point of contact. That means:

  • We select the suppliers we work with

  • We curate the products we sell

  • We manage the shop, checkout, and customer support

Our role is to make it easy to discover well-made products with a Cornwall connection, without customers needing to navigate dozens of individual sellers.

Our Approach to Curation

Every supplier and product on Cornwall Collective is chosen deliberately.

We prioritise:

  • Original design and clear authorship

  • Small-scale or independent production

  • Quality materials and thoughtful making

  • A genuine link to Cornwall — through place, people, or process

We do not stock generic wholesale goods or mass-market imports. Where production partners are used, this is part of a design-led or small-batch process, not anonymous reselling.

Working With Independent Suppliers

Cornwall Collective exists to support independent businesses without turning them into a directory.

We collaborate with suppliers using a fulfilment model that allows them to focus on making, while we handle the storefront, marketing, and customer experience. Orders may be fulfilled directly by suppliers, but all purchases are made through Cornwall Collective, under our policies and support.

This approach keeps things clear, consistent, and fair — for both customers and suppliers.

For Customers

  • You may receive items in more than one delivery, depending on what you order
