Who We Work With

We partner with suppliers who meet the following criteria:

  • Independent makers, studios, or small brands

  • Original products designed, made, or meaningfully inspired by Cornwall

  • Small-scale, ethical, or design-led production

  • Clear authorship and ownership of designs

We welcome both established and emerging suppliers, provided there is a genuine connection to the region and a commitment to quality.

What We Don’t Accept

To maintain the integrity of Cornwall Collective, we do not work with:

  • Generic wholesale or catalogue-based products

  • Dropshippers or arbitrage sellers

  • Mass-produced goods with no creative input

  • Products widely available on major marketplaces

  • Cornwall-branded items with no meaningful local involvement

How the Partnership Works

Cornwall Collective acts as the retailer of record.

This means:

  • We manage the storefront, marketing, and customer experience

  • Customers purchase directly from Cornwall Collective

  • Orders may be fulfilled by you under agreed terms

  • All customer communication and returns are handled centrally

We use Shopify Collective to connect with suppliers, allowing products, inventory, and fulfilment to be managed efficiently without requiring you to run your own online shop through us.

What We Expect From Suppliers

To ensure a consistent experience, suppliers must be able to:

  • Meet agreed dispatch timeframes

  • Maintain accurate product information and inventory

  • Provide reliable fulfilment and tracking

  • Meet reasonable quality and packaging standards

  • Comply with UK product safety and labelling requirements

We may request samples before or after onboarding.

We feature suppliers through:

  • Short brand profiles and stories

  • Editorial content where appropriate

We do not display supplier contact details publicly, and all customer enquiries are handled by Cornwall Collective.
